Keith Russell “Russ” Swainston, DNP, MSN, APRN/NP-c, is a graduate of the University of Wyoming’s Family Nurse Practitioner program (MSN, FNP) in 2004 and University of Utah’s Doctorate of Nursing Practice program (DNP) in 2012. He was also a Noorda Scholar at the University of Utah, receiving a Fellowship from the Hartford Center for Geriatric Nursing Excellence and has a post-doctorate certification in Gerontology, awarded in 2013.
Russ has been practicing since 2004, the last 9 years in Meridian at Unity Health Center which as of 2016 he also owns and operates. Russ’ practice consists of the provision of primary care and urgent care with interests in sport injuries, chronic disease management, with a focus on preventative health measures.
Russ is a member of the Nurse Practitioners of Idaho (NPI) and served as vice president for this organization in the past. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner. Russ enjoys teaching in the clinical setting and is a frequent preceptor for several Colleges and Universities.
In his time away from the clinic, Russ enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, “old man” lacrosse, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
Suzanne (Suzie) M. Ricciardi, MSN, NP-C received her BSN from Barry University in 2001. In 2014 she acquired an MSN from Ohio University. She has a wide variety of experience ranging from 14 years as a NICU RN, 2 years in Pediatric Cardiology, 5 years in Primary and Urgent care, and 8 years in Aesthetics. Suzie is now partnering with Unity Health Center to open Unity Med Spa!
Suzie grew up in Florida and has lived in Idaho for the past 12 years. On her time away from work she enjoys soaking in all the greatness Idaho has to offer. She is married and has a nine-year-old daughter and two 4-year-old boys with whom she loves to enjoy the outdoors and get active with!
Kimberly is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with special interests in Women’s health and Mental health and strives to provide holistic patient focused care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and after working 13 years as a nurse in various specialties including oncology, hematologic malignancies, and palliative care; went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwest Nazarene University.
Married with 2 grown children, now enjoys spending free time with her husband, kids (whenever possible), and 2 dogs. Also enjoys yoga, reading, and knitting.
